Industrial, Oil & Gas Projects, Warehouse &
Workshop, Residential, Commercial and Mega projects
is in needs of candidates for the following
positions:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – POSITION CODE: BDM

Education: B.E Civil or Structural Engineering. MBA
is preferred
Experience: 12-20 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Build new business deals with EPC companies
by identifying upcoming construction projects.
• Review the cost estimate, Negotiating
tenders, contract terms and conditions to meet both
customer and company needs.


HEAD OF ENGINEERING – POSITION CODE: HOE

Education: B.E Civil or Structural Engineering. MSC
structures is preferred
Experience: 15-25 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Manage the design & detailing team.
• Well versed with the international design
codes specially AISC & BS-5950.
• Hands on the manual calculations to verify
the design engineer calculation and drawings.


HEAD OF PROJECTS – POSITION CODE: HOP

Education: B.E Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 15-25 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Manage the projects, Engineers and
installation teams.
• Review the method statements of erection and
guide the engineer for preparing it for Mega
projects and managing the heavy lifts.
• Familiar with project management software
like MS projects and Primavera.


SAFETY OFFICERS – POSITION CODE: SO

Education: Bachelor in Engineering. Industrial
Occupation Health/ Fire & Safety Engineering.
Diploma in Safety management DIP SM and / or NEBOSH
/ IOSH Diploma
Experience: 5-10 years in industrial projects.

Main Scope:

• Provide HSE support to the factory including
all fabrication phases.
• Ability to lead, motivate and influence
others to achieve HSE goals and objectives.


SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER – POSITION CODE: SDE

Education: B.E Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 8-15 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Design & Analyze the Steel Structure for the
governing loads conditions as per the code
requirements.
• Well versed with the international design
codes specially AISC & BS-5950.
• Utilizing Staad Pro software at a
professional level for Hot-rolled.
• Designing PEB building with specialized
software.
• Familiar with AutoCAD to develop drawings
and sketchers.


SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER – POSITION CODE: SPE

Education: B.E Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 10-15 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Responsible for preparation of the method
statement of erection.
• Responsible for daily site quantities
calculation in order to forecast the materials
requirements, labor requirement plant and equipment.
• Supervise the construction for Mega projects
like shopping malls, major building complex like
exhibition and convention centers.


SENIOR DETAILER – POSITION CODE: SD

Education: B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10-15 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Utilizing 3D software like Tekla structure
X-steel in professional level.
• Prepare the model, prepare the GA & shop
drawings. Must be working in all the stages of the
3D modeling.
• Ability to design connections with given
internal member forces.
• Utilizing AutoCAD to develop approval
drawings.


SHOP FLOOR SUPERVISOR – POSITION CODE: SFS

Education: ITI or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical.
Experience: 8-15 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Lead a Fabrication crew in the shop floor.
• Responsible for daily reporting to the
Production Head.


SITE SUPERVISOR – POSITION CODE: SS

Education: ITI or Diploma in Civil.
Experience: 8-15 years in steel structure.

Main Scope:

• Read the IFC and erection drawings and guide
the crew accordingly.
• Supervise the construction for Projects like
shopping malls, major buildings complex like
exhibition and convention centers.
