Project Manager
The Role
To keep solid and regular reporting system to the operation director.
To oversee the operations and maintenance of the Utilities plants for a mid-scale medical/health care facilities.
To organize and supervise activities and manage all areas of facilities management in a compliant manner and facility services provided meet very strict SLA's.
To implement preventative maintenance and operating plans and to supervise engineering services ensuring quality is of the highest standards.
This position holder is responsible for all aspects of operations and maintenance.
The main focus is proactively managing the subject project maintenance of the facility including repair and maintenance of, Electrical panels, backup generators, RO Plant , plumbing, HVAC system. Coordinate with the client in terms of technical aspects and safety matters. Also manage and report on capital and operational budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder / higher diploma, ( Mechanical – Electromechanical ) Engineering .
Muslim to be able to work at Holly Cities .
5 years’ experience on the same field, with proven operation skills of large facilities, with knowledge in utilities operations, maintenance and management,
good communication & presentation skills in English ( Arabic is more advantage) , self-motivated, has his own initiative towards work and a team player, proficient in computerized day to day working.
