A leading diversified commercial group with
operations in the Gulf States (Real Estate, Fashion,
and Food & Beverage) with headquarters in Bahrain is
looking for

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The applicant should be:

□ Professionally qualified in accounting or
finance (CA/CMA/MBA).

□ A minimum of 10- 15 years of experience in
financial planning, budgeting and management of
finances in a large group;

□ Proven experience in structuring, negotiating and arranging bank facilities including securing documentation;

□ Established relationship / reputation with local banks and financing partners;

□ Manage and oversee a team of accountants for
timely completion of annual audits

□ Maintain and manage Liaison with Mall managements and able to negotiate rents and lease
contracts

□ Maintain and manage financial liaison with suppliers, both overseas and domestic

□ Should be numerate with good analytical skills and strong in written and oral communication

□ Independent with strong leadership and inter-personal skills

□ Knowledge of reviewing and understanding and
negotiating legal contracts will be a bonus;
