Role Summary:
Providing overall guidance and leadership to the
medical team in terms of claims review, evaluation
as well as ensuring compliance with established
policy guidelines
Planning and managing the overall operations of the
Medical Claims Department in order to ensure
achievement of the optimum results

Qualification and Requirements:
• MBBS degree (Bachelor of Medicine) from a
university recognized by the World Health
Organization (WHO).
• 6 to 8 years experience in medicine practice
of which is at least 4 years in medical insurance in
a Senior / Managerial position.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability
to communicate and work effectively with all levels
of the organization with fluency in business English
and Arabic.
• Strong acumen and leadership skills as well
as quality results oriented.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and
problem-solving skills.

receiving from healthcare providers in accordance
with policy terms and conditions

Qualification and Requirements:
• Bachelor of Medicine, Nursing or Pharmacy
from a university recognized by the World Health

• 3 years experience in medical field of which
