Our client, a premier retailer and wholesaler in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire a
Regional Manager to join their Operations team in
Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate requires at
least 10 years of working experience in the retail
industry and more specifically from a multi-site
retail background. Responsibilities:

• Articulate and implement development programs

• Support the Operations Director in preparing for the cross-functional processes and annual budgeting

• Take an active role and primary responsibility for implementing corrective actions at the store level where necessary

• Supervise the area managers and act as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operations;
guiding, counseling and motivating the teams

• Work closely with the Operations Director at
a regional level to ensure the highest level of
profitability, market share and operational
excellence for the region under management
Responsible for the workforce management and
performance as well as P&L management for his region
via regular visits and monitor various KPIs (Sales;
Costs; Performance; Customer Service, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, ideally with
professional qualifications in Business/ Retail At
least 10 years of experience in the retail industry
managing multiple sites/stores Local Saudi market
experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Excellent communication & customer service
management skills Must be bilingual -fluent in
Arabic and English
