FINANCE MANAGER
• Professional qualification having Masters Min. degree.
• Experience a minimum of 8 years experience of working independently in a senior management position in the finance department.
• Strong accounting, financial management and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory regimes.
• Well conversant with financial practices and internal control systems.
• To prepare quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable financial reporting frame work and local laws.
• Monitor financial performance and advise CEO for appropriate actions on timely basis.
• Age between 35 -45 years.
