Job Description:

1. Provides in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning in the Rice Business.
2. Strong communication & leadership skills with a track record of leading an effective sales team.
3. Responsible for product planning and execution which includes gathering and prioritizing product & customer requirements.
4. Provide Local Market Intelligence and conduct thorough analysis and assessment of local market competition, sales trends, pricing and packaging, and maintain a well- structured database
5. Go to market and develop effective pricing & packaging strategies; defining product vision to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
6. Work closely with sales team to develop sales tools, trainings, innovative marketing programs and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate degree holder with majors in marketing. (MBA degree is an added value).
2. Sales and Marketing experience of 10 years, out of which minimum current 5 years in Riyadh.
3. Good knowledge of Rice Business, wholesale, retail and Horeca markets of Riyadh and its vicinity for food and consumer products marketing, especially for Rice selling.
4. Good command over English and Arabic language.
5. Candidate should have Transferable Iqama and should own a personal transport.
6. To be assigned in Riyadh.
7. Driving license is a must.
