1. Remittance Manager, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a leading financial institution is
looking for a Remittance Manager to join their
expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent is
responsible for managing the centralized Foreign
Remittance function of the Bank and ensure that
adequate controls and procedures are in place for
all activities related to the processing and
execution of payments.

Responsibilities:

• Custodian of Demand Drafts.

• Sign off Demand Draffs and advices for Government
transactions.

• Overseas centralized process of inward and outward
remittances in Head Office.

• Maintain business relations with individuals and
corporate clients as well as correspondent banks.

• Approve transactions, overdraft or LTR subject to
approval from the sanctioning authority

• Manage the development & execution of the
company's marketing campaigns in coordination with
branding and advertising agencies.

• Monitor exchange company deals and coordinate with
Treasury Department of large foreign currency
transactions.

• Authorize preferential exchange rate for high
value transaction and for priority clients based on
the rate sheet circulated by the Treasury
Department.

• Assist in development of Policies & Procedures for
day to day operations of the Department and ensure
that adequate controls are in place when conducting
business.

Requirements:

• University degree in Banking and Finance or
equivalent.

• At least 8 years of similar experience in a
financial institution in the GCC.

2. HR Assistant Manager, Saudi Arabia

Our client, an organization in the Financial
Services Industry, is looking for an HR Assistant
Manager, who will be reporting to the Head of Human
Resources, to join their dynamic team in Riyadh,
Saudi Arabia.



Responsibilities:

Research and analyze salary rates and benefits
offered by other employers through market surveys.

Train the HR employees on HRMS in order to become
leaders and all other employees on the self-service
aspects.

Overlook HRMS implementation and development as well
as work very closely with the IT department and
represent HR.

Analyze compensation policies, government
regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop
competitive compensation plan.

Monitor salary structure and provision of benefits
to ensure a balance between control of costs and
attracting and retaining staff.

Requirements:

Fully Qualified CIPD (preferable, not a must).

Around 5 years'experience, ideally banking/financial
industry exposure with an understanding of
compensation practices in global industries.

Must have previous hands on experience in HRMS
Oracle implementation.

Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

GCC National.

Senior Brand Manager to join their growing team at
their Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

My client is currently looking for a strong
financial analyst to join the Middle East Finance
Team of a global

organization based in Dubai. This role will report
to the Middle East CFO and will be focused on the
monthly analysis of expenses, preparing monthly
financial reports, and supporting quarterly
forecasting and planning process. Responsibilities:

• Monthly expense management and reporting across
functions to ensure results are accurately reported.

• Help implement cost controls and ensure functional
areas clearly understand the requirements.

• Consolidate inputs from team members to prepare
monthly financial reports and metrics.

• Support in quarterly financial forecasting and
annual planning cycle.

• Deliver a range of ad hoc expense analysis as
required.

• Analyze and report monthly financial result
drivers.

Requirements:

• Finance Graduate or trainee accountant pursuing or
wishing to pursue a recognized qualification i.e.
CIMA/ACCA.

• At least 5 years as a financial analyst with a
leading financial institution in the GCC.

• Financial analysis skills with ability to pick up
on financial trends and communicate effectively with
management.

• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
