MEP – PROJECT MANAGER
BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Minimum
15 years of experience in MEP.
Knowledge of NFPA codes. Local authority requirement, International concern standards like British Standard, ASTM ……etc.
familiar with the components of the Sprinkler
system, foam system, pre-action and water deluge
system, fire-fighting system, clean agent (FM-200)
system, fire alarm system, voice evacuation systems
and similar. Experience in people management.
Skills in meeting negotiations and satisfaction
argumentation.
Excellent computer skills and fluent
in English.
MEP – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering with minimum 10 years work experience
with reputed MEP contractor.
Manages all operations of a complete site / specific zone within a site, leads and controls all construction teams working at a project, and manages manpower allocation with respect to activities and tasks and makes sure they
are aligned with project plan and within budget.
Manages and coordinates assigned subcontractors on
site, follows up on their progress in terms of
quality and quantity of work. Experience in the
Middle East is a strong plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic language
MEP – ENGINEERING MANAGER
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with
12 years’ experience in MEP Engineering projects in
large project.
Ensures the timely delivery of quality engineering jobs (shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.), Delivers all engineering jobs within the agreed budget.
Controls the Engineering function’s outputs for accuracy and completeness.
Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, design and
construction methodologies and experience in the
Middle East is a strong plus.
Fluent in English and preferably Arabic language
