• ARCHITECT – DESIGN (02)
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Architectural
Engineering discipline from accredited institution
with 10 – 15 years’ experience in a reputed
Engineering Office with at least 3 years in Middle
East.
• Design experience with Senior Management
role in the organization and control of
Architectural Engineering for major site development
and building projects (Residential, Commercial &
Mixed use).
• ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS – DESIGN (02)
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering course in
an accredited institution.
• With at least 10 to 12 years of experience
in design and specification of electrical equipment
and power system for major land development and
commercial projects
• MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (02)
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical
Engineering discipline from accredited institution
with 12 – 15 years of site supervision experience
with reputed Consultant Office, which includes a
minimum of 5 years in the Middle East.
• Extensive experience in design of HVAC, Fire
Fighting, Plumbing (Water and Sewer), Site Design,
experience in implementing design drawings in
accordance with the statement of work and
specification.
• SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (02)
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical
Engineering discipline from accredited institution
with 8 – 10 years’ of site supervision experience
with reputed Consultant Office.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in large hospital project.
• Extensive experience in Supervision of HVAC,
Fire Fighting, Plumbing (Water and Sewer), of large
buildings.
• Extensive experience in implementing design
drawings in accordance with the statement of work
and specifications.
• DRAFTSMEN (Civil / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical) (02 Nos. for each discipline)
The above candidates should have:
• Diploma in concern discipline with 3-5
years’ experience in a reputed consultant office.
• Knowledgeable in design softwares like
AutoCAD, WaterCAD, Civil 3D, REVIT, 3Ds Max, BIM,
Microstation etc.
