Building Maintenance Electrical Supervisor required for a maintenance project in Riyadh city.
-Good experience in managing, maintaining & repairing electrical appliances in a building.
-Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned.
-Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates,
maintain records and files and prepare reports.
- Plan and supervise the work of electricians.
- Plan and estimate electrical jobs.
- Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.
-Survey buildings and inspect electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
-Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, air conditions etc.)
-Supervise the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
-Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
-Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
-During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leader.
**Preference will be given to Saudi Driving License holder
Salary will be discussed and decided after personal interview.
