RESIDENT SUPERVISING ENGINEER


Duties and tasks of the job:

• Follow-up all the daily activities related to the supervision of implementing residential buildings, controls quality of work to ensure compliance with the standards and technical specifications and contractual terms approved.
• Prepare plans and writing reports.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary technical team, and coordinate in all fields.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Valid membership of Saudi Engineers Association.
• PMP certificate with documented experience of not less than 5 years in supervising the implementation of buildings projects.
• Experience in the fields of supervision, administration, quantity surveying, controlling quality of business, report writing and other skills needed to manage and supervise the implementation of tenders and building projects
• Skill in using computer and software related to the nature of the work.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary technical team, and to coordinate in all fields
• Ability to work under pressure at work.
• Fluent in both Arabic conversation and writing.

Preference for Saudis, Transferable Iqama must for other nationals
