PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE GM
Job Description for Personal Assistant:
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for visitors.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, macro & micro sales analysis reports and presentations.
• Reviewing and preparing expense reports.
• Organizing and attending meetings and handling the minutes of meetings.
The applicant must be:
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent in MS Office.
• Great ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Saudi as a personal assistant.
