The candidate must have hands-on experience working in financial institution, having considerable experience on the design and implementation of AML/CFT Compliance Programs. He will be responsible for managing the regulatory and reputational issues associated with the business operations in the KSA. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively work with the in-country compliance teams to identify risks and take steps to mitigate these risks


The Compliance Manager will manage the Compliance function and all regulatory relations within the KSA and will be responsible for:

• Advising local management on regulatory issues including communications with regulators in the KSA and reporting to Group Chief, Compliance Group Head Office.
• Participating and even leading internal investigations.
• He will implement Transactions monitory, sanctions compliance and EDD system.
• Will develop the required policies and procedures.
• Participating in the delivery of Compliance, AML and OFAC Training, Performing Compliance Monitoring reviews and surveillance.
• Tracking and following to resolution issues raised in the course of the execution of the Compliance Action Plan, other compliance reviews, audits and regulatory exams.


Compliance Manager must have the following requirements:

• Candidate must be a Saudi National.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector within Commercial Banking.
• Knowledge of SAMA and other regulatory environment in the KSA.
• Relevant Legal / Compliance qualifications are desirable.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and work to deadlines in a pressurized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels.
