1. Manager of Employee Support, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a
Manager of Employee Support to join their growing
team at Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage
various Employee Support functionalities and
services, and administer key functions as assigned
by the Head of ES.

Responsibilities:

Manage employees' benefits & services, including
medical & life insurance, saving scheme, personal &
housing loans.

Maintain employees' data in HR Management System
(HRMS), ensuring that records are created and data
are updated.

Completion of employment file, enrollment in medical
and life insurance, and essential registrations in
government agencies.

Prepare monthly payroll, daily staff disbursements
and end of service payments, according to the
designated role and in compliance with process
control points.

Manage the Exit Management process for departing
employees and preparation of bank notification,
clearance forms, handover form, final settlement and
release letter.

Requirements:

University degree from a recognized educational
institution or professional certifications in
relevant fields. Over 5 years of experience in the
area of personnel administration in an investment
bank in the GCC. Must have a strong knowledge of
local (Saudi & Bahraini) labor laws and regulations.

Fluent in English as well as Arabic.

Must be a GCC national.

2. Senior Accountant / Accountant, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a
Senior Accountant / Accountant to join their growing
team at Riyadh. The ideal candidate has to ensure
that all financial transactions are carried out in
accordance with corporate guidelines and
International Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Authorize payment (within his/her mandate) for
expenses and other payables within the sector.

• Provide management information to heads in Finance
Division on a periodic and ad hoc basis.

• Evaluate and monitor unit costs, product pricing,
profitability and other finance related issues.

• Work with line manager to resolve technical
accounting issues and to introduce new rules or
requirements or accounting systems for new products.

• Maintain accounting records to ensure accurate
processing of transactions, adherence to budgets and
the integrity of the financial data within the
sector.

Requirements:

• University degree from a recognized educational
institution, ideally an Industry-recognized
accounting qualification.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting
and Finance in an investment bank or similar in the
GCC region.

• Excellent knowledge of International Financial
Reporting Standards.

• Fluent in English as well as Arabic.

• Must be a GCC national.
