RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / OFFICER – NRI (NR/01)
Job Purpose:
The Relationship Manager / Officer will be responsible for selling the bank’s NRI products and services, suggesting improvements to the packaging of NRI products, conducting marker research and comparative analysis, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, handling NRI product launching / promotional programs, maintaining a database to promote the bank’s NRI products, acquiring the HNI and affluent segment of the various investments schemes, FD and FCNR deposits, training the employees on the NRI product. The job will also include marketing of the online money transfer portal, new money transfer/remittance tie ups, handling mortgage loans and insurance products, managing sales and customer relations in addition to team management, admin and preparation of reports and solving customers’ queries.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate is a university graduate with minimum 4-8 years experience in sales & marketing in the banking industry. Excellent English communication skills is a must. We are looking for a dynamic, achievement-oriented individual, who possesses developed marketing & organizational skills combined with a customer – friendly attitude.
