• To provide commercial and contractual management services.
• Having an experience of 10 to 15+ years in the same field.
• BE degree qualified; either Mechanical, Electrical or QS discipline.
• Have knowledge and understanding of FIDIC Contracts.
• Experience of commercial, retail or hospitality projects.
• Manage / agree variation account and final accounts.
• Ability to prepare contractual correspondence, instruction etc.
• Manage / supervise / agree EoT and cost claims.
• Prepare cash flows, cost reports and cost control details.
• Manage sub contractor / supplier accounts.
