01 Vacancy available for Logistics Coordinator with
minimum 2-3 years experience in Logistics & Freight
Forwarding in the Saudi market -

The selected candidate will be responsible for -

- Responsible for Air/Sea Imports & exports
coordination

-Coordinating with customs broker office, drivers
and updating customers regularly via phone and
emails.

-Monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer
satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all
transportation and goods.

- Maintain job files, invoicing, payments,
submissions & collection.

- Must be able to efficiently solve problems
relating to sales, finance and transportation of
goods in locations both national and overseas.

-Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast
paced and pressured environment, communicating
effectively with both colleagues and clients and
following verbal and written instructions.

- Must know how to operate computers with good
knowledge in Excel.

- Knowledge of INCO terms.


Languages - English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu
