Dear We need Mechanical Planner for our Ras Al Khair Project.

Please see the below for the job roles and responsibilities of the planner who is required

-> Had to coordinate with Area Owners of get the job priority, analyzing shutdown sequence.
-> Schedule the jobs (CLIENT scope/ Auto sheet scope) to fit the jobs according to shutdown schedule. P6 knowledge is mandatory.
-> Develop schedule reports, progress monitoring reports, contingency plans to catch backlogs.
-> Coordinate with Scoppers and site team to track and make sure the job is getting done as per planned.
-> Prepare weekly shut plans, S curves for Scoping and Job completion.
-> Lead meetings, presentations to client and Area Owners regarding job progress/ constrains/ alternative plans etc.
-> Follow up CLIENT team on procurement, fabrication, permits, Installation to track the job.
-> Update master data regarding Scoping punches and additional punches as per the feedback from owners/ PCT
-> Lead internal construction review meetings and feedback to Maaden
