A reputable Operation & Maintenance Company needs to fill the following vacant positions:


1. PROJECT ENGINEER – CIVIL

2. PROJECT ENGINEER – MECHANICAL

3. PROJECT ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL

Profile:

• Candidate must be Arabic speaker with English fluency.
• Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals matching the required profile.
• Minimum BE degree in relevant engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Minimum 15 years of experience and to include at least 8 in the operations and maintenance of (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) systems and services in facilities such as universities, hospitals, residential buildings.
• Extensive knowledge of international codes such as (NEC, ASHRAE, International Building Code (IBC)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 50+.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic & English language.


4. COOK

With the following profile:

• Age: 40 to 45 years.
• Must speak and understand Arabic and English.
• Can cook Saudi and other Arabic and Indian food.
• Must be capable of handling modern equipped kitchen.
• Has knowledge of food presentation and can handle large lunch or dinner gatherings.
• Could be an Arab or none Arab speaking national.


5. TECHNICIANS (HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, A/C, WELDERS, BMS, and all other Trades)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance.
