Work Experience:

5+ years in logistics / supply chain management, in a major international Trading or Freight Forwarding company in the Philippines (DHL, Schenker, Panalpina, UPS, Sinotrans, Agility, etc. or P&G, Unilever, Nestle, Amazon, etc.)

Must hold Team Leader position or higher
Must have extensive experience in overseeing shipments A-Z from source to destination, and managing any problems faced in the logistics cycle (delay in manufacturing, issues with customs clearance, etc.)

Degree:
Undergraduate or higher

Languages:
Excellent command of English is a must

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day correspondence with: (a) suppliers, (b) shipping lines, (c) freight forwarders, (d) customs clearing agents, (e) BTC sales teams, (f) BTC warehousing team, in order to:
o Manage BTC’s inventory and ensure that optimal levels maintained throughout the year
o Coordinate and effectively communicate with suppliers to prevent any issues in manufacturing (lead time, documents, etc.) and ensure prompt delivery without delays
o Prepare purchasing budgets and set goals to minimize expenditures while maximizing customer service levels
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that Purchase Orders are properly placed without any errors or delays
• Report to the Logistics Manager with timely reports and action plans

Compensation:
Total Package: Basic Salary (negotiable) + Housing (3 months) + Transportation + Insurance
Annual bonus: Based on performance evaluation
