CENTRAL KITCHEN
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Responsible for handling preventive maintenance of a central kitchen and for handling the kitchen equipment repairs Educated to a bachelor degree level or an advanced diploma in maintenance or equivalent.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.
Experience in the Saudi hospitality market, an excellent knowledge of facilities management and a valid KSA driving license.
Proven success working with hospitality / kitchen. Setting with a minimum or 5 years related experience in kitchen equipment handling and / or building maintenance
EXECUTIVE CHEF
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE CHEF
Responsible for training and managing head chefs, kitchen staffs and coordinate all related culinary activities, and supervising food production, developing international recipes and menus for the operations.
The executive chef/assistant should have a minimum of 5-7 years international experience in the running and operation of a central kitchen with full knowledge of the materials, methods and equipment used in preparing food on a large scale in addition to full knowledge of food preparation and food service management, methods
and techniques with thorough knowledge in HACCP.
A Hotelier & Restaurant school diploma is mandatory, while a university / college level degree is preferred
FOOD & BEVERAGE / BANQUETING MANAGER
Responsible for coordinating with customers for outside catering functions, creating menu, ordering and execution.
A minimum of 5 years international experience in the running and operation of a product store. Hotelier & Restaurant school diploma is required, a university / college level degree is preferred. Proficient in Arabic
and English language
