BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• The applicant must have a Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience as an operation and maintenance supervisor in commercial building, preferably schools.

• Have experience in routine maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical circuits, AC, plumbing, firefighting systems, CCTV systems, etc.

• Experience in electronic systems such as smart boards, GPS systems for transport, etc. is preferable.

• Basic idea of civil works related with repair work is mandatory.
