• 20 years in the Construction industry with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years in the large scale building projects.
• PMP certificate required.
• Able to control and coordinate multiple team or resources and build a good
relation with the client.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
• 20 years in the Construction industry with relevant experience in construction
management of building projects.
• 5 years experience as a senior management of large scale relevant building
construction projects.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
• 15 years in the Construction industry with 10 years relevant experience in
Environmental management and compliance on large building and infra projects.
• Environmental engineering degree from an accredited university, online degree is
not accredited.
• Must have experience in Environmental compliance, procedures, statutory
requirements.

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 9 years of experience in construction and project management, 2 years of which
should be in the GCC.
TECHNICAL MANAGER (BUILDING)
• 20 years in the Construction industry with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years in the delivery of designs for mutable building projects.
• Internationally recognized accreditation in building ports design field is
required.
• Must have strong experience in major building and fit out works.
• Generate method statement submittal schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with design team to align design with preferred and
available materials and methods.
TECHNICAL MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITIES)
• 15 years of experience in the construction of ports project.
• 5 years of experience in the delivery of design services got multi disciplinary
large scale infrastructure projects.
• Internationally recognized accreditation in an infrastructure and utilities field
is required.
SR. CIVIL / STRUCTURE ENGINEER
• Total of 15 years experience, 8 years managing the delivery of civil and
structural engineering.
• 4 years experience in the management of civil and structural engineering projects.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
• Preferably with 10 years of experience in construction industry, 4 years which
should be in GCC, with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
GENERAL FOREMAN - FISHING
• With 10 years of experience in the Construction industry.
