COMPOUND MANAGER (MALE/FEMALE)

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
or Equivalent.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in the
management of residential complex.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written
in English & Arabic language would be an asset.
• Intercultural knowledge.
• Maintain and develop existing and new
customers.
• Investigates tenant complaints and resolves
tenant issues, prepares written incident reports,
prepares and serves tenant warning notices, appears
in eviction proceedings, and maintain a daily
manager’s log.
• Carry out market research, competitor and
customer surveys.


• The right candidates will be given
attractive salary package and benefits.
• Saudi national preferred.
• Expatriates must have transferable Iqama.
