1. Head of Custody and Settlement, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a Head
of Custody and Settlement to join their expanding
team in Jeddah. In conjunction with the Head of
Operations, the successful candidate has to prepare
drafts for the business strategy, business plan,
budgets and financial forecasts for the Custody and
Settlement teams. Responsibilities:

• Manage the teams within agreed business plan
and budget requirements.

• Lead the teams and provide comprehensive
operational support to clients for all products.

• Ensure all compliance requirements on all
services and functions within the custody and
settlement teams are followed.

• Set the goals for the custody and settlement
teams and provide direction, coaching, training and
motivation to the employees.

• Report the overall status and progress,
including performance data of the settlement and
custody teams to the Head of Operations.

• Set and assign the development and
enhancements of custody and settlement operations
products to satisfy business and regulatory
requirements in order to improve quality or reduce
risks and costs.

Requirements:

• Must have a tertiary level qualification
from an internationally recognized institution.

• Over 10 years of experience in multiple
investment instruments operations, of which at least
5 of which must be in a management level in an
investment bank in the GCC.

• Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.

• Bilingual-English as well as Arabic.
