• Assist in facilitating routine administrative
tasks as per directives.
• Participate in the preparations of sales
quotations if required.
• Prepare purchase orders for suppliers.
• Handle invoicing and money allocations.
• Ensure proper filing system regarding client’s
files.
• Coordinate shipments with the assistance of Supply
Chain Management and follow up the orders delivery
to company’s yard.
• Receive payments from clients and ensure proper
transfer of documents as per I.S.O general
requirements.
• Generate regular weekly and monthly reports that
help managers in assessing the performance of their
sales team.
• Handle pre-delivery inspection and arrange
delivery to clients if required.
• Participate in the costing and yard arrangements.
• Undertake additional activities related to the
department’s need from time to time



Skills

• 3-4 year experience performing similar job
responsibilities in accounts or administrative
support

• Experience in preparing quotations & tenders

• Operation of general office equipment like
computer, fax, photocopying machine and others.

• Familiarity with Logistics operations

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

• Excellent organizational ability

• Excellent English oral and written communication
skills - Arabic a plus

• Good command of PC systems including Microsoft
Office
