Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

Candidate must be possess the following:

Qualifications and Requirements.'

• Degree or Diploma in Electro Mechanical/ HVAC/ Electrical in a respective discipline from a recognized institute.
• Minimum five years of experience as a maintenance Supervisor/ Manager in a large firm.
• Must be capable of supervising a team of six members
• Ability to prepare and review maintenance contracts and purchase orders.
• Planning corrective and preventive maintenance work.
• Capable of prioritizing the work according to urgency.
• Periodical reporting to Senior Manager.
• Process all requisitions related to the area of maintenance.
• Exposure to PC usage and working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software
• Highly self-motivated, energetic with excellent communication skills.
• Age limit up to 40 years
• An applicant must possess transferable lqama.
